On the ground the formation measures 290 feet diameter. The outer ring is 14 feet wide. A large proportion of the laid crop was noted as being broken or kinked at or close to ground level. Our visit was made on day two so all and any ground observations need to be stated with caution.

As we were not able to give this event a close inspection on day one no firm conclusions can be drawn as to its origins or authenticity.
